Our yoga sessions are conducted at your choice location–your home, office, park, or virtually.

What equipment is needed?

You will need a yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga strap, towel, chair (for chair yoga) and of course–water.

What commitment is required?

This is entirely at your discretion. However, we recommend at least two 1-hour sessions per week.

What is the cost?
